Whenever an IMF enactor/wizard/robot or other Enemy-of-USC imitates pretensively a USC Jeffrew, they are coated in sweet flavor like tasty jam. To get uncoated and stop the punishment, they must contact the man they offended, and ask for his forgiveness, and when he gives it, they stop being punished like that. If they could be told what to do about the punishment they drew down upon themselves, anyone who might tell the stinker and the Commonwealth would reward them if objectively done.
