THE TDRR (Wears THE ROBE) places elements as instructed into a pan of water
a HEX BY SELF EXISTING ELEMENTALS (ELVES)
CAUSES PEOPLE TO BELIEVE SOMETHING.
The elves are expert with magic arrangement. They tell the TDRR what goes into the pan, about 20 - 100 things, how much of each, mostly herbs but other magic things as well. Then the pan is boiled, and pieces of steam, previously designed things, are brought into full expression. The Hexes are anchored in the high atmosphere above the Rocky Mountains and everyone gets influenced by them. Price $1200 per hex, multiple hexes generally are possible, may consider stock, goods, weed, or other ownership
